If there is an operational defect with the product please contact a customer respresentative within 21 days from time of purchase and be willing to provide proof of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via customer or third party shipping companies, extreme wear, and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, abuse of product and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. After the 21 day period the warranty is void. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.
Basically.. don’t be trying to force square pegs into round holes and don’t lollygag on letting us know if something breaks
